Returns Policy

For online sales we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund or a different product. Outside of the 14 day period, you will be offered store credit. Please note our in store returns policy differs – you may return your items purchased in store for store credit only unless damaged or faulty.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Returns that are damaged or used, or received in an unsuitable condition, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All our items are thoroughly checked before shipping, however if your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), please contact us at sales@richardgraftoninteriors.com to report the fault within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). If the item is faulty we will refund you the cost of shipping incurred to return the product to us.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

If you wish to return your Item(s), please ensure the goods are returned as dictated by our Returns Policy above.

Please complete the Returns Form online indicating the reason for the return. Without this form returns cannot be accepted.

Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging, and carefully boxed to prevent item(s) becoming damaged during transit back to us.

The goods are the responsibility of you, the customer, until they reach us at the Richard Grafton Interiors Warehouse (Unit 3, Beech Avenue Business Park, Harrogate, HG2 8DS), so we recommend sending your parcel with adequate insurance to cover the contents.

All goods will be inspected on return, and a refund or exchange issued, provided the item(s) are received as per our Returns Policy. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours provided the requested Item(s) is in stock. You will be notified by email if we are unable to fulfil your exchange request. If your item(s) is returned outside of the 14 day period, we will issue you a credit on your account to the total value of the goods returned.
