Click & Collect

Your order will be available to collect from your showroom of choice from 11:00 until 16:30 (Mon-Fri) on the collection date. As soon as your order is ready to collect you’ll be notified by email, and all you need to do to collect your order is take your confirmation email and photo ID. Orders are kept for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you. If you do not collect your order within 7 days, your item(s) will be returned to Richard Grafton Interiors stock and you will be refunded the goods total minus a £3 handling fee. We cannot accept liability for goods which are reported damaged or incorrect after you have signed for and collected them from our warehouse.

Smaller Deliveries

We often use Hermes now known as Evri as our courier to handle our non-fragile deliveries. Evri will notify you by email throughout the product delivery journey and let you know when your order is out for delivery. They will take a photo of the item on your doorstep to ensure delivery is without contact during COVID-19. If the dimensions are outside of Evri’s approved size we will use an alternative courier method.

Fragile Deliveries

As many of our products are of a fragile nature, we take extra care to ensure these arrive without damages. We use a specialist partner, Domestic Distribution (DD) who make regular deliveries across the UK and are very comfortable with handling fragile goods such as ceramics and glass. DD will send you a notification within 48-72 hours of placing your order to advise a date and 4-hour time slot for delivery. The driver will let you know when they are 30 minutes away on the date of delivery and will deliver to a ground floor location or doorstep for heavier items.

Andrew Martin Furniture

Delivery charges vary for all Andrew Martin furniture & accessories. This will automatically be calculated on the basket page. Andrew Martin deliveries are shipped by Domestic Distribution (DD) and you should allow 7-10 working days to receive your items. You will be contacted by the courier partner to arrange a delivery slot (am or pm on any week day) that is convenient to you. You will also receive a phone call on the agreed delivery day to confirm a 1 hour delivery window. The product will be delivered in it’s packaging to your door. For our larger furniture products, we use a specialist white glove service to deliver to UK mainland addresses who will remove all packaging and place within a room of your choice.
