Cloakroom design causing a stir online

04.03.2016

We love to share pictures of our completed projects and it’s great to see that images of smaller rooms are getting the kudos they deserve. Not everyone has a stately manor house needing a major transformation, but many homes have a modest cloakroom, bursting with potential!

We shared this picture of one of our cloakroom projects, recently on Houzz and it has been saved onto a whopping 1649 idea books!! Since it’s been so popular with our friends online, we thought we’d give a little bit of insight into its design.

The window is quite small so we decided to use a patterned, botanical, Zoffany wallpaper to add some depth. This acted as the anchor for the rest of the room and we installed panelling to add character and pick out the leafy green tones in the paper. The chrome accessories and inexpensive yet classic fittings completed the look!

If you have a space, large or small that you need help transforming, get in touch, we’d love to help!
