David Hunt Lighting, a British manufacturer joined the group in 2000 and hand crafts each item ensuring the very best finish.
Our ‘brand of the month’ post gives you an insight into the där lighting & David Hunt Lighting brands. Available in our 3 Yorkshire showrooms – Wetherby, Ilkley & Harrogate interiors as well as online through our RGI shop we carefully curate the selection to ensure we offer our customers the very best in terms of design, materials and quality.
What is the history of the brand?
där lighting have been in Banbury, Oxford since 1974. They have developed greatly over the years, using international travel & trends to drive them forwards to the next season. What we like about the brand is that they can offer fantastic glass table lamps, decorative lanterns and stylish pendants for prices which are affordable without compromising on quality. David Hunt Lighting is based in the Cotswolds and has iconic collections such as the hand stitched leather Saddler range.
How our showrooms can help
Each showroom has a unique offering, combining luxury furniture with design led interiors and architectural elements. You can pop into our Wetherby design house to view classic contemporary styling in a beautiful building, welcomed by the där lighting Vanessa Pendant. Our Ilkley shop is more than a typical showroom, with carefully curated furniture in room sets where you can view pairs of lamps in situ. Whilst our Harrogate interiors shop showcases on trend fabrics and accessories across 2 large floors. Visit each one to view styles from David Hunt Lighting such as the Boavista Volcanic Table Lamp, the Kew Clear Glass Lamp and the Sloane collection in Pewter and Bronze.
Here is a project which uses the David Hunt Lighting Vienna Table Lamp Rosebud Pink in a recent ground floor project at a home in Ilkley along with the Teardrop pendants in bronze.
